De-Interlace w/QT Pro?

Hello everyone, was wondering if anyone with a Sony FX1- Z1 or HC1 ever converted native interlaced footage to a Quicktime Pro format (mov) and checked the "Deinterlace" or "Single Field" boxes? If so- how well did it look? Were you able to save the video with the options checked?

Thanks

I have used PPro and Cineform to go to progressive QT7. It looks ok but is beaten by WM9 at low bitrates. I have seen some very nice high bitrate QT.
