Presentation help please
 

I am working on a corporate video that will be used at conferences and projected to an audience (600-1000 people). It will be used in over a dozen venues to large rooms projected by whatever AV company is in that city.
So what type of file should I make? (I really can't ask: who the AV company is for next December's presentation in a city 1000 miles away)
My thoughts: use full (not 709) color space (0-255) since most of the other presenters will be running power point. 720p? are most high end AV company's capable of this. MP4 or WMV? Frame rate 30?
