Which Solid State Drive for OS and Programs

Just wondering what the opinions are for the best SSD for video editing are these days for the OS drive? The rest of the system is a i7 980, 24 gigs of ram, Velociraptor 640 for the media and a G Raid 4TB for storage. What would you buy?

I'm currently using the Intel 510 series for my OS and programs. It's not the absolute fastest SSD on the market but it gets great reviews for reliability, which for me, was a deciding factor. Having never used an SSD before this one...I was blown away at the speed increase of the OS boot times as well as program load times.

I've heard good things about the Intel SSDs as well, though no personal experience. I picked up an OCZ because I got a deal I could not refuse and they are well known. If I had the option I would do some more research on the Intels.
