AJA or Blackmagic

I have searched around this forum but haven't found a post that shows which one would be a better bargain. The multibridge express from blackmagic is around 1600USD while the AJA xena lhe is around 1800. The multibridge supposedly lets you work with 4:2;2/4:4:4 video, has analog in/out for audio, as well as for video, and 422 deck control, and i'm assuming, the ability to ingest uncompressed footage throug HD-SDI, donno if it does SD-SDI...

The AJA , is a bit more simpler, as it is just a capture card, rather than a breakout box, but it is more expensive.. It does pretty much everything the blackmagic does, i'm wondering why the price difference and if theres any knowledgeable users that can steer me the right direction by offering an idea of what the benefits are for each card. Thanks!
