Charles: so... what did I win? <g> Does your girlfriend have any
stories on what it was like working on the Voyager set? It is
indeed quite a special thing if you've worked on Star Trek.

That's a nice setup as well Bankim!

Bankim:

Yes, good looking rig. The hyperlink setup is [+url=(web address)+] before the text, and [+/url +] after. The "+" should not be typed in, they are just keeping them from encoding here.

Rob:

The prize for guessing the show is: you get to speculate on the rollout of the XL2 without anyone getting mad at you!! Congratulations!

Amy Jo had fun with the Star Trek gig, says everyone was very nice. She did an online interview about it which should come out on startrek.com at some point. I've been trying to get her to do one of the Star Trek conventions, I think it would be a hoot (signing pictures etc.)

Hi May,
nice setup, liked the octopads (if i name them right)...you must never be feeling bored ... if in case feeling ... then you can jive around with the instruments and play some good music ... I could see the Shuttle PRO! In all it looks great as if all the equipment are surrounding the user !

It's a mess, but after looking at some of the other pics here, I'm in pretty good company. The problem with large desks is that it makes a handy place to put things. Maybe one day I'll clean it all up and post a better shot.

Thank you.
The setup works really great for me. Sometimes I spend long hours there, so the more comfortable it is for me, the easier it is to work. And visually, it has to work for me too.

Seems we have the same taste in monitors. Your NTSC (PAL for you?) monitor is the same as mine.

Do you have a warped image on the edges in 16x9? I think the power is a bit low here in the office, or, running all the monitors so close is causing some gausing perhaps. My images are a bit warped. Then again the 2 PC minitors are both 19" and the faces are all in the sape plane.
