Studio Space/Space for sets?

I'm wrapping up production on my two productions and have gotten by just fine using office spaces with clients I work with, my employers office space and lots of parks, but my next movie I really need a space to build my sets and let it be up for a couple months while I build them and eventually shoot it. I looked online and found a couple warehouses for about $6 a sf for the year, but they require me renting out 10k square feet which I can neither afford or need. Is there a better way to get the space I need?
