Anyone have any experience with this jib?

How easy it is to move around and assemble?

I do. Best damn piece of equipment I have bought. Can be moved with one person, although with two its nothing. Fits in the trunk of my car. See some footage shot with it here: http://www.interlightvideo.com/salus_media.htm
