Anyone use that EX350 Camera Crane?

Anyone use that EX350 Camera Crane?
I was at a shoot but I was unable to touch it.
The operator was too busy to answer any questions about it.

I saw it online at Grippage Plus Inc.

Any thoughts are gladly appreciated. We plan to buy this week.
