Jib Mounting Help

I have a 5 foot jib coming in next week that I am going to mount to a Davis Sanford ATP tripod which has a 35 lb. capacity. Instead of using a head between the jib and tripod, does anyone know of an inexpensive panning capable attachment I could use ? Total weight of the jib/weights and camera is 25 lbs.
