Hot Format and Swap
 
I don't know if this has been covered elsewhere but I ran into a situation last week where I needed to work on a card slot B, while recording.

Suffice to say the LS300 let me swap in the card I needed to work on and format it, while slot A was recording.

What a great little camera.

Most cameras won't even let you open the card door, so that's good to know (although I actually never shoot takes long enough to need it).

Seriously! Our old AF100 would crap itself if you even touched the card door.
