Numbering System

Has anyone any idea about the silly numbering system on the HD7? why does it give you numbers for some clips then go onto letters?

i.e. MOV068, MOV069, then the next one is MOV06A

Just a minor annoyance but still, why not MOV070?

because it is hexadecimal numbering

Oh I see. Thanks Giroud, Not sure why they do it that way but there must be a reason.
