Jvc Hd10

Well guy's I just have to share this experience. I will try to post some video in the future. I did a shoot the other night, kinda hacking around but it was a fairly good setup with controlled lighting and sound. I used my XL2 and my HD10, the results are really incredible. The video from the JVC in my opinion smokes the XL2. This isn't the first time I've seen this. I will try to post the video or pics to just to let you guy's see the difference. It really is unbelievable

Look forward to that.

It is at 30P 720p though, I take it?

Darrin McMillan January 31st, 2006 05:15 PM

720 30p

Yep both cameras were shot using 30p. MInd you the resolution on the JVC is higher I believe. Then It was put together using Vegas and rendered at 1280 720. But even when I downrezed, the JVC still looked better.

all my respects

Then, why everybody says that this jvc camera "sucks"?
Just a question, not a war...

Darrin McMillan January 31st, 2006 07:36 PM

It can

If you're not really careful it can really suck. However under the right controlled conditions it's magic...Well maybe not magic but pretty good. At that prosumer price range you certainly can't find any complete solution, every unit has there thing, and I guess everybody loves to bash JVC.
