Howdy from Texas,

So what if they're just single-CCD camcorders? This new "Mini HD" concept from JVC is nothing less than amazing and represents a push toward the Next Big Thing for DV, and that's a consumer/prosumer grade, affordable version of High Definition. Here we are to talk about it!

Moderating this forum will be the esteemed Steve Mullen, well known to many as a frequent contributor to Video Systems magazine, and also one of the best informed individuals at the moment (outside of JVC, of course) about these fascinating little camcorders. Steve thinks they'll be a big hit, and so do I. Let's discuss!
