Great work! All of the shots look clean. Good use of the 35mm adapter.

I definately liked the sunset during the end.

were you shooting at 50 or 60p?

wow this is some of the best m2/hd100 grabs ive seen yet. did you find the rig heavy or unwieldy? the shots look very clean indeed. what did you use for the color grade? i think you captured the natural lighting feel in those scenes very well...something most people overdo out of laziness or lack of lighting skill. great work!

We were shooting 24p in HDV mode, as far as I know HD100 only has 60P in SD mode.

The whole rig was very heavy, I held it for a few times, but it was very exhausting for the cinematographer, Mr. S. Abdul Jamal can attest to it, since he was the 1st AC :) I was not a DP, just a director.

The footage doesn't have any color grading/correction yet. We tried to use natural lighting most of the time, except some of the exterior night scene (like the restaurant scene).

Jamal or I would be happy to share our experiences if you want to know any details. Jamal's skills were vital in the whole production and he was the go-to man for any technical questions.

I really liked working both with the HV20 and the HD100...

As I said on the HV20 post:
The only drawback I found on the HD100 is the bulkiness, and with the mini35 is the light loss... but no problems with natural light at all... for it to look good, you have to be careful with your exposure (especially on highlights) and everything will be fine...

If any more questions I'll be happy do answer them whenever I can.
