camera tune up

my camera is long since overdue for a tune up, my top handle is loose, my lens is sticky, and I have about a month off, so I want to get this taken care of. who do I call to setup a tune up? I know it has to go back to JVC (unless there is someplace in iowa I can send it), anyone know how much something like that usually runs?

I too would like to know how to get a "tune up" for my camera, its about 5 months old, and would like to get it cleaned up and checked out to make sure all is well...

Recommend you send it to the JVC Fctory Service Center in Aurora, IL. See this link and click on "Service request Form" to down load a service form.

Carl, How long of a turnaround time (estimated) for an internal fuse repair on a GY-HD100U? Does JVC offer any loaner program for that camera during repair time? Thanks, Edawrd Tomecko goodintentionsinc.org
