Does the MR-HD100 work with JVC HD100 Series?

Almost everything I read concerning the MR-HD100 mentions it with the JVC 200/250 series cameras, but nothing about it working with the JVC 100 series.

Is anyone using the MR-HD100 with a HD100 series camera? ...and if so, have there been any reported audio issues that were apparent in the older DR-HD100 drives?

Thanks,
Ben

I was told by both JVC and Focus people that these units work just fine together. I have yet to try mine but I'll let you know when I do.

Just set mine up today

I got it to record a QuickTime HD file and play it back on my JVC 250u. I couldn’t get the JVC to trigger the recorder, so I had to hit the record button manually. I had the 250 set up to trigger my DR-HD100 in split mode with the record button on the left side set to trigger it.

I tried a bunch of different settings, and couldn’t get it to work like the DR-HD100 did. Anyone else have this problem, anyone have any tips for getting this to work?
