Help!Need a number to JVC tech support in IL ASAP
 

I sent my camera off for repair around the middle of december to be repaired to the JVC service station in Aurora Illionois. I was contacted by tech support about 3 weeks later to let me know that my camera JVC HD 110u was completed. I didn't have the money at the time so I couldn't get it out but was told that I would have some time to get it out. About a month later i was ready to get the camera out but was not able to contact anyone at tech support. I was given a rep's name of Kelly to contact and I've left messages to no avail! When I try to call the number it gives me the number to the service center but I not getting an answer. Can someone help me with obtaining a number so that I can get my camera back?
