Slow Mo music video with HD110?

Ok, we're doing a music video and the band wants to include some slow motion.

Our options are:
Shoot normal parts of video at 720p 24
Shoot Slow Motion at 480/60p and intercut in HD 24p timeline.

Shoot whole video in 480p
24p and slomo at 60p

Or shoot slomo at 30p somehow?

We'd also like to know how fast to speed up the audio to make the lip sync match.
Im thinking for the 60p to 24p we would speed it up 2.5 times?

Anyone done anything like this?
Will be editing with premiere pro cs3

I did this with 16mm by shooting at 48fps and having it telecined at 24.
But this is a bit trickier. I want it to look fluid.

Thanks!

This might help
Slow Motion Music Videos

It was achieved on a mac with Final Cut Pro but the concept will be the same in Premiere Pro CS3 on PC. Just interpret the footage as 23.98.

You can also shoot 5op (PAL SD) and put on the 24p timeline. The 50p gives a little more resolution.
