Native 720 Editing with GY-HD100
 
Does anyone know when Avid or Apple (or any Manufacture) will have native 720(JVC Version) support? I do not see the point in shooting with this Camera if I can not edit in the native format. (without the use of a 3rd party transcoder).

You are months ahead of any 700 camcorder.

I'd imagine full support will happen in the next six months. Xpress probably will be up and running with Liquid's HDV timeline (I hear) and they say Liquid will be on board with Liquid 8. FCP?
