Can the HD100's viewfinder be replaced?

Does anyne know if the (rather poor) viewfinder supplied with the HD100 can be replaced with a better one from another JVC camera?

Not yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if they release a HD B&W version at NAB2006. Canon has the B&W for the XL series - it only makes sense for the pro market.

It actually CAN be replaced, but ONLY if you use the P+S technik "Breakout box." See http://www.zgc.com/zgc.nsf/c7a682995...8?OpenDocument
