Rain Cover w/ Ab Battery and DR-HD100 Bracket?
 

Anyone configure an HD100 with the AB battery adapter and the DR-HD100 Bracket? I'm trying to find a good rain cover for this configuration. Any recommendations that can be tailored to fit this set up?

I do ENG style shooting and need something to protect the gear on less than ideal weather days.

Porta brace will make a custom rain cover. They had one with the Idx battery and DR hd100. They make a solid rain cover and had one on display at NAB. I think $220 cost.

I figured there was something our there that would do the trick from one of the major manufacturers, just couldn't find it on the web.

Joe's correct. The Porta Brace is the perfect solution and is tailor made not to get in the way. We used it the other day on a boat sene we were shooting, high speed on a gimbal with spray all over the place and it was as dry as a bone inside!

I don't know if it's possible to the the rain cover of the XL1 XL2 for our JVC HD100 with the Anton Bauer battery.

Have anybody try that?
