problem for conversion

Hi,

I have a problem when I try to convert my 720p HD 25p from Cineform to Quicktime.
I try Quicktime sorenson 3 with 100% quality but the video appear to have a strange visual effects: some horizontal line (random) appear like a synch problem.
I try also H264 but the effect remain.
(this is not a downconversion only a transcode to another format)

The only codec that function is the WMV 720p 25p, that is fluid and crisp.

There are any solution right now?

(I have filmed with -7 detail.)
