HD100 Audio Sync Issues
 

I shot some interviews this morning with my new HD100, HDV 30p. I captured them into PPro 2.0 with the BR-HD50 deck. The first interview looks fantastic, no issues. The second interview through the rest of the tape has a severe audio sync delay. I re-checked the tape, and it sounds correct when playing directly from tape.

Has anyone seen (or should I say heard) this problem? It must be a capture problem.

I had the same problem when caputuring hdv using cineform hdlink. But when I used the capture program on Vegas Video, it is fine. I am asking the same question...

I have run into this on occasion (as well as a few other odd capture file issues). I rebooted the deck, restarted the system and it worked fine. In fact, I had the problem over three capture attempts, even with computer reboots before I nailed it down to it being the deck itself. Once the deck was rebooted (not just turned off and on again but kill the power from the wall) everything worked fine after that. Now when it acts up I do that first thing.
