JVC as a film camera -amazing
 

I just watched a bunch of the short films/videos in the new sticky and all I can say is 'wow.'

The results from this camera are amazing. You can tell that there's not a whole lot of money being thrown around in the shorts, but it doesn't stop any of them from looking professional.

It's not only that they look like they were shot on film, its the wide variety of styles that were acheived - from the high contrast/sharp look of the music vids, to the grainy DAWN OF THE DEAD gritty narrative-as-documentary look - and all were compelling.

It certainly fuels my hope to achieve something good with this camera.
