Service menu for burnt pixels

Hi
Does anyone know the commands for getting to the service menu to remove burnt pixels?
I have two white burnt pixels that I need to get rid of as soon as possible.
Thanks
Jack

Hi Jack, see http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?t=68211

Or, since you're in Los Angeles, it's a fairly quick and easy trip to JVC's Cypress facility where this procedure can be done for you:

JVC West Coast
5665 Corporate Ave.
Cypress, CA 90630
(714) 527-7500
