Mixing HD 100 720 30p with Canon A1 1080 60i

I Have a A1 and Hd 100. What is the best work flow if I want to mix 1080 60i footage with 720 30p in the same project ? I use Adobe PP2. Thanks in advance for your responses.

I don't use Premire Pro but I believe it cuts AVI files. You can use MPEG Streamclip (search google, it is free) to convert the .m2t files into the proper AVI format. I suggest downconverting the 1080i to 720/30P and edit the JVC natively. Hope this helps.
