DR HD-100 and GY HD-250U
 

At the risk of generating a roomful of guffaws, my question relates to the DRHD-100 workflow (I am currently in the process of purchasing said drive) . Is it practical to make a habit of removing the drive from the HD-250's Anton/Bauer bracket each time the contained data is to be transferred to the editing computer or do most users leave it attached to the cam and make the firewire connection from there?
