varizoom batterey recommendations?

I just purchased an HD200. If anyone out there uses Varizoom Li-ion batteries, I could use some advice. I am buying two batteries, either the S8110A at 126WH or the S8160A at 190WH. The question is, is the 190WH overkill? Will I need that much juice? It weighs a good pound more than the 126WH battery.
I'd like to order a battery kit today.
