How to Downconvert HDV to SD From Deck?
 

Hi,

I think I just give up on the subclipping HDV problem. I have all new, expensive laptop and studio 2 and it still won't capture from deck or camera without subclipps galore (and this is in 30fps).

Can you walk me through (step by step as if I were a child) how to use the deck to downconvert my HDV tapes to DV...someone once mentioned that I could do this with my BR-HD50. It doesn't seem to really say it in the instructions.
