HM700 viewfinder problem at DVinfo.net

Got a GYHM700 w/ 17x Fuji lens 3 weeks ago and had a dead viewfinder and 1 burned/dead pixel! Other than that i am very impressed with the capabilities of the camera, and love the work flow with FCP. Anyone else having issues with the early adoption of this camera? JVC finally got them in stock and overnighted a new one too me, hopefully the second time is a better experience!

My flip-out LCD has a stuck pixel (stuck as bright green) -- the dealer said to bring it in for the tech to look at, but I haven't had time yet.
