Record date and time

Is there a way to get the date/time information to be displayed on the recorded video with the HM750? I may need to prove when some video is recorded and having it on the the image is the easiest way.

Regards,
Jerry

Hi Jerry - I wanted to email you but there's no email option in your profile.

Some cameras have that as a setting in their menus. Failing that, I'm involved in writing some related software. If you can provide a small sample file I'll be happy to take a look at it to see if this is feasible. If you're interested drop me an email via the contact details in my profile

The latest ProHD camcorders to feature Time and Date Stamp is the GY-HM600U, and the GY-HM650U will as well. The prior ProHD camcorders do not have this capability.

Re: Record date and time

Colin,
Thanks for the offer, but I needed the time/date to be on the original video. I shot a daily paper instead.

Craig, thanks for the info.

Regards,
Jerry
