What lens hood is this?
 

This was on another review, look at this picture, my lens hood doesn't look at all like this, was this a prototype do you think, or is this an aftermarket product?

I would say that it is without doubt a Vocas MB-210 as seen here, 2nd from top:

I have used Vocas boxes for a while and they are pricey but excellent. I have an older version of the MB-210 and rigged up a mount from the parts bin to use when I need filters on top of the wide angle adapter on my HM100. Pics can be seen in this thread:
