Question about a DP121 tape

Hi all,

I just received a tape which is a DP121 DVCPro. One of my editor has a Sony HVR M25U tape deck, do you think it could read that tape.

Reading the pdf file has not been conclusive that is why I asked

Most Sony DVCAM decks will play DVCPRO25, but usually not via firewire. I don't know about the newer HDV decks. It would be a fair guess to say that it will play it, but you won't know for sure until you try.
