DVCAM tapes on XM2

One of my friends gave me 20 new DVCAM tapes (PDVM-40N mini), and since I am using only Fuji tapes, I am little in doubt to use them or not. Currently i only have 12 Fuji's. So what I am asking is to use DVCAM tapes or not. I know that i will have 60 mins per tape, but dry/wet tape problems on XM2....please advidse.

Technically, the tapes will work fine in your cam BUT... Conventional wisdom here suggests that you NOT change tape brands. If you're going to shift to this new brand, fine but don't go back and forth.
