Need help - Professional VHS Duplication

Hi all,
Currently, I am looking for a professional duplication house to fulfill my small order - I need 150 VHS dupes made, preferably with a good price on hard plastic library cases to go along with them. I have found a number of places that'll do the job for a good price, but it is difficult to tell whether or not each place is going to do a quality job. Right now, two options I am considering most heavily are midsouthduplication.com and westernmedia.com. Has anyone used either place? I know that you get what you pay for, and these are on the less expensive end. The reality is I'm not cheap - rather I'm working on a non-profit organization's budget!!

Of course, if anyone has suggestions of any reviews sites that look at video duplication businesses or if someone has a suggestion for their own experience, I'd be more than happy to hear them!! Thanks!!
