Any Difference Between Sony Premium Blue label vs Orange label?

I've been using the Sony DVM-60PR premium tapes with the blue label. Are the tapes with the orange label any different? Looking to buy in bulk. Thanks!!

wrong!! orange is taken from the outer tape reel where as the more expensive is from the center of the process reel. its exactly the same stock, there is a 000.1% increase in dropouts from the outer tape type.

I know becasue someone from sony emailed me last year when i enquired.
