Any info about startup time?

Hi all, been redaing about this camera for a few days now and think I'm gonna take the plunge and get the new version (HD1a) when it come out.

I have a JVC MC500 right now and the quality is great but the pictures could be better, why am I changing? well mainly because it's for family stuff and changing the mpg2 files on a Mac is a little pain also I have to put in the 16:9 flag into EVERY FILE! and there is no Mac software that does this (that I know of) so I have to chop and change the file location to and from my PC, man that's a bore, although I do like the camera as a whole.

The question for now is... what is the start-up time on this camera (HD1) maybe the HD1a will be a little diffrent (if at all) but want to try to find out.
