From 18s onwards, the series of transitions with this black bar. Can this be done with any transition in NewbluFX?

I can't think of a specific transition but it seems you would be able to simulate that using multiple tracks and the split screen effect. What NLE are you using?

Hi Edward, I'm on Vegas. From the looks of it is a transition rather than a real shot.

Yes, I agree that it appears to be a transition. However, I was just stating that it looks like it could be simulated using the Split Screen effect. It honestly simply looks like a "wipe" effect. Too bad the "Linear Wipe" does not include a colored border as one of the parameters.

Very Interesting transition. I would also like to replicate this myself. Not sure how tho.

It can be done in Vegas. Ive done it before by creating a black post with a soft edge in photoshop, use a linear wipe and drop the post over the top, key frame its position to move right to left with the wipe and voula!! the trick is the shot should be tracking in the opposite direction as the wipe (left to right).
