FCP 6.04 and XH-A1 final story. at DVinfo.net

I've shot a short film with the CANON XH-A1 at 1080 24F and need to import into FCP.
I've searched the forums like crazy and have been getting multiple answers.
Can someone end this tired search and let me know their settings for capture?
