Register Now Window.

I almost never register my software. Personal choice. Why can't that dialog box just go away for good in FCP ST2? Anyone know anyway of deleting something in the Contents of the app to prevent this if I have no interest in registering?

Thanks,
-C

Wow. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks. Worked on 7/8 systems. The system that didn't work was OSx86 Hackintosh.
Good stuff.

Do you mean that you have installed the same copy of FCP on 7 different computers? That would clearly be a violation of the License Agreement. Sorry if I am not following you correctly.

That is illegal Boyd. I have 8 licenses for Studio 2 (rather 7 upgrades and 1 full).

This post was simply about the "Register Now" window that pops up every 5th time you launch any Studio Application, which Daan Bras provided a link. I had success on 7/8 of these registered systems. The system which didn't work was the OSx86 - usually called a "Hackintosh" because it works on PC hardware instead of proprietary Apple hardware.

Hope this clarifies.

Cool Chris. Sometimes I don't register software initially myself, but eventually I usually cave in. Who knows, maybe that's why I get so much spam? :-)
