What settings are you using?

Out of curiosity, what project settings are most of you using in adobe for:

1. capture
2. project
3. exporting

What settings do you find giving you the best quality for your finished product?

That's a way too broad question for anyone to answer because
it totally depends on:

- capture: what your input is (analog / digital etc.)
- project: what you want to do
- exporting: what the final form of the video should be

You have normal resolutions, high resolutions, different frame
rates, digital firewire interfaces, analog capture boards,
web output, DVD output, output to film, output to tape etc. etc.

It all depends on your hardware and project parameters.
