Is my Capture Card problematic???

I'm having problems with MediaStudio Pro 7.0

The last third of each shot I place in timeline is freezing when previewed.

I've had a few theories about why this is happening, but my latest relates to my capture card.

In short, I am not on the Capture Card compatibility list.

However, that list mentions only two cards by my card manufacturer:

ATI All-in-Wonder 128
ATI All-in-Wonder 128 Pro

...and the card I do have seems to be an equivalent/later model:

CHIP TYPE - Radeon 9700 Pro
DAC TYPE - Internal DAC (400MHz)
MEMORY - 128MB
ADAPTER STRING = 128 DDR ATI Radeon 9700 Pro w/TV-out

My query is - should I replace my card with one of the above two - or is not the card that's causing my probs at all..

Thanks,

Graham

You are working in Analog, right? Why do you think your capture
card is the problem when you've already captured the clips? I
would more easily suspect the driver of the capture card or
MediaStudio. Have you updated both to the latest versions
(patches)?
