Pinnacle studio 9 upgrade
 

I thought I had trouble with version 8 ! I loaded ver9 and right away I had no audio during the tutorial. Will I though it was minor and than I tried to capture and had no video preview during capture the sound was good. It did capture all the video and the sound. Everything worked good during editing. I couldn't believe my eyes not a hang up everything just fell into place. Until I tried to render and rightaway the rendering stoped with an error message "pinnacle has encountered a problem during rendering". I made a movie from the Pinnacle photshoot movie that comes with the program and the same thing happens.
I have reloaded the upgrade 3 times I have called pinnacle a few times and all they say is to reload it. I can't believe that ver.8 worked without any of these problems and now that ver 9 is so much improved I have all thes problems. One of the fixs for pinnacle's faq is to reinstall Windows on top of itself I will try that as a last resort.
I do want to mention that I looked inside my pc and found that I have an integrated video and sound. Can I turn them off and install pci cards for both video & sound. Can anybody help me? Thanks for all the help!
