Dual PC Monitor + NTSC Monitor

I am already running dual LCD monitors, but would like to add an NTSC production montior as well. The NTCS montiors over 300 lines are expensive enough already, so I was wondering if there was a way to do this WITHOUT buying a $500+ Matrox triple monitor card.

On a second note, I noticed that if I plug my TV in as a second monitor instead of my 2nd LCD, I don't get fullscreen preview monitor output from Premiere Pro 1, or Vegas 4. Vegas claims to only output a fullscreen preview window to an external monitor through a digital interface which doesn't make sense to me. Is it the same with Premiere?

You should hook up your NTSC monitor via your deck. This is generally the best way to work. Your deck will need to be able to passthrough DV-analog.

You can substitute a camcorder for a deck.
