SATA I versus SATA II

I've read a few articles stating SATA II's improved specs won't result in improved editing performance. Anyone swear by SATA II's for editing?

I found a nice i7 PC with two internal hard drives, but they're SATA I, wondering if this will limit me.

That's correct. Sustained hard drive speeds are far below SATA II.

Not at all. Enjoy your new PC.
