LCD or CRT?

Putting together an pc editor for Vegas. Just wondering if you guys use CRT's or LCD's with your editing boxes. I have a TV monitor to monitor output, so I have that covered. I Wonder if it really makes a difference if I am not trying to judge color on it. Advantages of one over another? Any thoughts?

I use 2x 17" LCD screens. Main advantage being I gain more desk space, and the second being that they consumer less electricity.

Hope this helps a little,

i use lcd cause it's easy on my eyes. CRT used to make me cry... figuratively of course... =).

on the other hand, there are many DV people saying that CRT's color is more accurate but then why not get a TV hi res display to monitor final output for preview?

If you've got your monitor sussed for CC, then LCD would be the way to go. I use LCD and the desk space saving is just great. More room for Jack Daniels while you edit. :)
