Premiere Pro and Multiple Format Exporting Workflow

I am trying to setup a good workflow for using Premiere CS4, possibly TMPGEnc Xpress and whatever else I need. I will be using an HP Z800 w/ dual 6 core, and will be outputting to NTSC (100% of time), SD Web/H.264 (100%) and Flv (25-40%). I just noticed that TMPGEnc does NOT output to Flv so I am looking for another program.

This is what I would like to do:
1) Render in DNxHD (as its free and Cineform has far too many problems) from Premiere
2) Use a single app to encode the master DNxHD to multiple sources

Anyone with similar experiences or workflows?

"I just noticed that TMPGEnc does NOT output to Flv"

You do know that Premiere cs4 does output to Flv?

Noa, yes I know, but I want to render once and then encode to the various formats. Also, Premiere/AME has a bug/issue when encoding to Flv. I had to resize the video smaller and give it black borders on each side to avoid a bug where the bottom most 10 or so pixels get stretched to roughly 50 pixels.

That's weird because I use Premiere for Flv encodes many times for my website without any problems but have to say that my source material is hdv.

adobe media encoder does everything. try it from after effects render queue too. contact customer support if flv doesn't render properly. if it's not a system issue, then you might need to reinstall the software. :(
