Adobe Photoshop cs3 vs cs5

Hi all,
I have another question in my quest to upgrade my system to premiere pro cs5. I also have Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended. I don't want to upgrade Photoshop if I don't have to right now. How will Photoshop cs3 work with PP CS5? I've read that a 32bit program will run just fine on a 64 bit system. I have a Dell Zino 410 with 64bit Windows 7. I have installed some 32bit programs and they work just fine. So I may have answered my own question. I just wanted to see if there is anything I have not thought of since Photoshop and PP are so tightly intergraded.

Thanks,

John Gerard
