Delay when capturing from XL2 to PPro

Hi,

I don't know wether this belongs here or in the XL2 forum, so if it's wrong here please move this thread to where it belongs.

Here is the problem:

I just tried to capture directly from my XL2 to PPro (not from tape but, well, live so to speak). It works fine except that the preview in the capture window is delayed by about 1/2 second. It's not a big deal, but it is somewhat distracting.

Are there any settings in PPro (or the XL2, may be) that would reduce this delay? Or can anyone point me to a thread where this has been discussed before?
