Thanks for the pointer. I noticed there was no effort to compare the program to Avid Xpress DV. Still, it looks like a handy app, at a low price. Especially if you are working entirely in a video format.

One thing I have noticed about rave reviews of all apps. The reviewer always indicates how "intuitive" the program was for him/ner. I did not find Avid Intuitive, but have read reviews raving on how it is. I did not find FCP intuitive, but people claim it's much more so than Premiere.

I've learned to take that hyperbole with a grain of salt. It really depends on where you are coming from BEFORE you learn a program.
